Now is an ideal time to elect to participate in the 2008 Section 125 plan. This allows employees to pay for out of pocket medical and child care expenses on a pre-tax basis.

Our clients should begin using the updated version of Form I-9 for all new hires. The updated version can be obtained by using the Customers link above.

It's a great time for employees to review their tax withholding status. Has your filing status changed? Search for the withholding caluclator on www.irs.gov to determine your optimal withholding for the New Year.

Employees may elect to receive their W2 forms electronically. Simply login to our self service center for specific instructions. Access by clicking PayPlus/Client Login above.

New email addresses are available. This will help to ensure that your questions and concerns are routed to the appropriate departments and addressed promptly.

Daylight Saving Time is here! The first weekend of November is when we "fall back" and enjoy an extra hour of sleep. Set your clocks back one hour Sunday, November 4th at 2am. Happy New Year! Any employees who participated in the 2005 Flexible Spending program have until March 31st to submit receipts. Reimbursements can be obtained by faxing your qualified expenses, along with a Request for Reimbursement, to 586-783-9524. We are currently in the process of printing and mailing W2 forms. Any changes in address should be communicated to Omega no later than January 16th. To sign up for an electronic version, please visit www.w2copy.com. Copies will also be available via our self serve center. Simply click the Client Login icon above to register. You can also request changes to your W-4 form here. Reminder: Any employees currently claiming EXEMPT or an additional withholding amount on their 2005 W-4 must file a new form by February 15th to maintain their current status.
